Fitment Terms

Fitment Policy

The vehicle finder is a fitment matching tool, not a guarantee that every tire, suspension, brake, and alignment setup will clear without adjustment.

What The Finder Checks

The finder compares vehicle fitment data against FW Wheels catalog specs including bolt pattern, center bore, wheel diameter, wheel width, offset, and selected fitment goal.

What Can Still Change Fitment

  • Tire brand, tire model, and tire size
  • Suspension height, camber, alignment, and worn components
  • Big brake kits or aftermarket brake calipers
  • Fender liners, fender rolling, aero, mud flaps, or body damage
  • Vehicle trim differences and previous modifications

Test Fit Before Mounting

Always test fit wheels on the vehicle before mounting tires. Mounted wheels are usually not returnable. Confirm brake clearance, hub seating, lug engagement, and suspension/fender clearance.

Hub Rings & Lug Hardware

Aftermarket wheels may need hub rings, spline lug nuts, lug bolts, valve stems, or TPMS service. Center bore must be equal to or larger than the vehicle hub bore, and lug hardware must match the vehicle thread and wheel seat type.

Final Responsibility

FW Wheels helps verify fitment, but the customer and installer are responsible for confirming final installation safety before driving.
